I created this balm for my personal condition of Herniated disc, it has been a life saver since, I have not used any pain medication when those pains begins. I want to share this balm with you to help you relief not only muscle pains but also arthritis, athletic injuries, etc etc
This Balm contains different pain – relieve and anti inflammatory herbs and essential oils.
Rub on affected areas, once salve applied place a heating pad over the area (if to hot wrap pad on a fabric, towel and then place on area). Leave it on for 10 minutes take off for another 10 do this for about 30 minutes.
When you use heat on stiff joints or muscle discomfort.
Heat opens blood vessels and increases blood flow. As a result, it can help with range of motion in stiff muscles and joints and make them feel more loose and flexible again.
Beeswax, Shea butter, Menthol crystals, Camphor
Infuse Olive oil with comfrey leaves, Cayenne pepper, St. John’s Worth, Artica Flowers, Ginger Roots, Peppermint leaves
Essential oils: Rosemary, Frankincense, Black Pepper, Wintergreen
**** Please note, Cayenne pepper is very hot and it recommend you wash your hands as soon after you apply balm on skin. This can irritate eye area or any sensitive area. If burning starts apply any kind of cooking oil you might have on hand and apply to that hot area.
